Booking Process

The first step to booking your tattoo appointment is a consultation. Consultations are in person meetings where the artist can discuss their process and how they will translate your ideas into concepts feasible for your tattoo. Consultation appointments are complimentary, pricing information will be discussed at this time, and the opportunity to book your appointment offered after the consultation.

Will I receive artwork before my appointment?

In MOST cases, your artist may reach out prior to your appointment with any questions pertaining to your design. This is not always the case; however, your artist WILL be prepared at your scheduled appointment.

Is my appointment still on if my artist doesn’t contact me?

YES. Once you have had a consultation, put down a deposit and booked a date, your appointment is on unless you hear otherwise from us directly. If you are ever unsure when your appointment is, or have a scheduling issue, please reach out to us as quickly as possible for assistance.

What if I book a full day session and am only able to sit a portion of it?

The session you book is reserving your artist’s day, not the tattoo itself. If you book a full day session and are unable to sit the full time, you are still responsible for the day rate. Same as with a half day, and so forth. If you are unsure how long you will be able to sit, we highly recommend opting for hourly until you determine where your threshold is.

Is my price quote final?

Price quotes are based on estimates of how long it will take to finish the project. If the project takes longer than initially expected, your final price could differ from the original quote. We try to give a best- and worst-case scenario during the consultation so you are prepared where the price point may fall.

Will I need more than one session? If so, do I have to pay for the additional sessions to finish my tattoo?

You may need an additional session to finish your tattoo for various reasons such as you were unable to sit the entire session, you sat the entire session but there is more work to be completed, etc. As mentioned above, you are reserving the artist’s time. Therefore, if another session is needed you will be responsible for any additional costs to finish the work.

I have drastically changed my mind about what I want, what should I do?

If your initial idea is no longer what you want, and there is adequate time prior to your appointment, you can contact us for another consultation to discuss the new project. You may be responsible for any drawing time costs, and potentially need to reschedule depending on how drastic the change is, and how much time is left before your scheduled appointment.

With this, what can you expect from us?

We will be extremely transparent at consultations to answer any questions that may arise; however, we encourage you to contact us with any additional questions you may think of after the consult. Your artist will be ready to get to work at your scheduled appointment. It is not ever the artists intent to go over the initial quote, but if this does happen please understand it is only to produce the highest potential from your tattoo.
